If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Your custom tattoos are made to order.
🕐 Standard Production: 1–2 business days
⚡ Rush Production: Available at checkout for production within 1 business day
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped immediately.

We automatically select the most suitable shipping carrier based on your location to provide the best possible delivery experience.

Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
Shipping time begins once your order has been produced and shipped.
